A leading law firm is seeking a full-time Technology Trainer to join its Information Technology team in St. Louis. This role develops and delivers instructor-led, virtual, and technology-based training for firm applications and systems, including new-hire technology orientation and ongoing training for attorneys and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities include creating training materials and quick-reference guides, promoting effective use of firm technology, providing help desk support and troubleshooting, participating in an on-call support rotation (roughly 3–4 weekends and one holiday per year), and supporting technology rollouts and change-management initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in teaching, training, or IT, along with 3–5 years of help desk or technical training experience; law firm or professional services experience is preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
